Park Street Plaza

Last September, Park Street Plaza opened from what has been Pillow Park Plaza since 1996. If you’re walking too fast you may only notice Lanvie, a women’s clothing store, but next to it is an entrance to this mini-mall. There are three spaces available and we would like to hear what you would like to see here.

Pillow Park Plaza was a full line furniture store, but the owners, Debbie and Frank George, decided to convert it into a mini-mall with Lanvie as the anchor tenant and changed its name to Park Street Plaza. They’ve designed the Plaza with a very charming European/Parisian style.

The three spaces range from 600 to 1000 sq. ft. Food service (that requires a kitchen) is probably not feasible here but everything else is possible: retail shops, classes, office, etc...
